MiracleAir CM-12 Deluxe Commercial Air Cleaning System
The Deluxe Miracle Air CM-12 unit comes with two (2) V.O.C. filter modules containing a total of 22 lbs. of adsorbent media blend - 80% activated carbon and 20% potassium permanganate.
The CM-12 Deluxe uses high efficiency disposable filters to remove pollen, dust, smoke and other airborne particles. The large twin odor/V.O.C. filter modules remove odors and vapor contaminants. The solid state, variable speed controller allows for easy adjustments to air flow. The speed controller can be installed on the wall for remote operation if desired. This surface-mounted, 95% efficient @ .3 micron HEPA-type filter unit is designed for easy installation on any ceiling surface. Effective 360 degree COANDA air flow gently and evenly distributes clean air and returns dirty air to the unit. COANDA air flow destratifies air and eliminates "stuffy" air pockets. Low maintenance and long filter life is achieved because of the large volume of media used in both the particulate and the odor/V.O.C. disposable filters. Unique internal sound baffle and special sound absorbing foam cabinet liner keep the Miracle Air CM-12 to a minimal 69dBA on the high speed setting. |

How It Works
Airborne contaminates are trapped by a process called "Electrostatic Precipitation". Particles are first given a strong electrical charge in the charging section of each cell. These charged particles are then attracted to and held by the collection section of the cell until cleansed at regular intervals. The Smokemaster has its own fan which circulates the air through the unit.
Year After Year
Unlike the costly and less efficient throw-away fiber filters you must replace, or electronic air cleaners with cumbersome plate-type cells, your Smokemaster is equipped with lightweight (9 1/2 lbs.) two stage cells. These components provide Smokemaster with air cleaning efficiency that can trap particles so small 7000 of them would stretch across this dot (.).The cells have no moving parts to wear - no tools to buy or periodic mechanical servicing requirements.

Smokemaster’s success is due to the "Coanda Aerodynamic Principle."
Most air cleaners recirculate the air in only one direction which limits the amount of contaminated air that can reach the air cleaner.
Our unique four-way method of air recirculation is multi-directional. It gets the maximum amount of contaminated air to the machine most efficiently. More air reaches the Smokemaster while eliminating annoying drafts. This creates people comfort as well as much better air cleaning results!

Installation
The Smokemaster can be easily mounted on the ceiling or wall and plugs into a regular 120 volt outlet. The best location for the unit is in a position nearest the concentration of smoke and dirt producing activities. A qualified representative can best advise you as to the capacity and sizing requirements for your specific needs.
Maintenance
Lightweight all aluminum prefilters and cells are quickly and easily cleansed by being soaked in any conventional wash container. Cleaning intervals must be determined by pollution density in the area being cleaned. |

FumeFighter 500
The FumeFighter® fume extraction air cleaner, is designed to capture and clean fumes and gases generated from soldering, adhesives, stained glass work and many more. Exceptionally high quality air cleaner package couples the largest filters available in the industry with a compact, vibration free blower package. Filters include a true 99.97% HEPA filter with over 82 sq. ft of media and a 15 lb. sorbent media filter to insure high efficiency and longevity. The HEPA filter alone in this unit is as large as many of the competitors whole air cleaner! The gas filter cartridge is also 5 times larger than the average competitor's gas cartridge. AQE 8000 Dust Collector
The AQE 8000 is an external unit that offers up to 5700 cfm of air flow. These
dust collectors utilize a pulse jet cleaning system that increases filter life
and service interval making it ideal for industrial, heavy dust loading applications.
Standard photohelic controller minimizes compressed air requirement while monitoring
filter life.
Constructed of 7, 11, and 12 gauge mild steel, then painted with a durable
powder coat finish, however it does not include a silencer. Options include
customized blower packages, filter cartridges, outlet dampers which control

Principles of Operation:
The AQE 8000 is self cleaning. Four solenoid valves utilized
for reverse pulse cleaning are maintained by a photohelic controller. By simple
adjustable presets, the reverse pulse cleaner is scheduled to clean at a desired
pressure drop across the filters. The controller offers the option of both
on-line and off-line cleaning. Cartridge cleaning is accomplished by the use
of 3/4" Goyen Valves and sonic nozzles positioned behind the cartridge filters.
The specially designed sonic nozzles precisely direct and increase the air
velocity into the cartridge filter to reverse pulse the contaminants from the
filters.

CONSTRUCTION:
The
AQE Model 8000 is constructed of 7, 11, and 12 gauge mild steel, then
painted with a polyurethane coating. The AQE 8000 is manufactured
with a standard 18" diameter inlet and two 14" diameter hopper outlets. Twelve
inch optional inlet diameter. Smaller inlet diameters available.
CARTRIDGE:
Standard
cartridges are manufactured of a non-woven filter media rated at 99.8%
efficiency for 0.5 micron size particulate. Each cartridge is constructed
with a galvanized filter cage which is 98% open. The filter is
designed to withstand temperatures up to 200°F.

CONTROLLER:
Four

For air purification, the XJ-2 is the quietest medical-grade room air purifier available that is suitable for hospitals, extended-care facilities, retirement settings and institutional use. Optional digital room pressure monitor gives the CDC specified position certification that negative pressure in the isolation room is maintained.
